Future Narratives

Future Narratives: Centaur explores the evolving relationship between humans and technology through interactive storytelling. Developed by Envisioning.io for Swiss company Deftech, the platform examines how emerging technologies and complex systems shape human-machine interaction across four interconnected narratives.

Through a branching interface, readers actively influence the direction of each story, engaging with different levels of technological readiness. Each narrative concludes with an interactive radar that maps and visualizes all technologies referenced throughout the research.

The project required four illustrated short stories that visually translate these complex technological concepts into accessible, engaging imagery. The illustrations balance technical accuracy with narrative accessibility, supporting the platform's exploratory approach to future scenarios.
