I was invited by Envisioning.io to illustrate four short stories for Future Narratives: Centaur, a project developed for the Swiss company Deftech. The Future Narratives platform explores our evolving relationship with technology through interactive storytelling.
Centaur examines how emerging technologies and complex systems shape human–machine interaction across four interconnected narratives. Through a branching interface, readers actively influence the direction of each story, engaging with different levels of technological readiness. Each narrative concludes with an interactive radar that maps and visualizes all technologies referenced throughout the research.
You are Mika, a teenager fascinated by the Multiverse, an XR environment inhabited by avatars and autonomous digital beings. You hate the limitations of physical reality. Incidents will force you to decide whether to stay in the Multiverse forever or to never go back.
