In late 2020 and early 2021, Manga KZ, a restaurant based in Kazakhstan and Russia, commissioned a series of original characters inspired by manga aesthetics. The project drew from manga influences while maintaining a distinct visual style. The focus centered on expressive facial design and character identity, using simplified shapes and clean line work. The final result includes five characters designed to work both individually and as a cohesive group.
